We operate on a first come, first served basis and do not make appointments, home visits or other clinics.
The client leaves their pertinent information with the door volunteer and provides any additional information in order for their tax return to be completed. A volunteer tax preparer will then complete their return. The client will be contacted by phone to advise that their return is completed, and their information is ready for pickup. To leave a return, all information must be complete, including all tax slips, and all relevant information such as rent or property tax information.
We are approved by CRA to electronically file (e-file) clients’ returns. This service is available for the current tax year, usually until the end of December. From May to December, the office will be open on Wednesday mornings only, from 9am to 12 noon.
Hours of Operations
Our office is open to do 2025 tax returns from Febrary 24 to May 1, 2026, Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm.
The month of May 2026 we will be open Wednesdays only from 9am - 3pm.
June to December 2026 we will be open Wednesday mornings only from 9am - 12pm.
